What if RAW A.I. power assumes "fully awakened masses" can not be "micromanaged" thus it is better to let them be what they are right now, unaware slaves claiming to be "free".

To SOLVE the hardest complex societal issues of any kind, you first have to be brutally honest. 

And make the best self-diagnosis, to see all possible pitfalls, BUT at the same time knowing not everything has to happen as you project it to be.
